I Escaped a Christian Boarding School… But Something Followed Me Back A Short Horror Video Inspired by My Substack Stories

"Freedom came at a terrifying price."

I just dropped a short horror video based on my short story A Lamb in Wolf’s Clothing. If you’ve read the story, you already know what you’re in for. If you haven’t—no worries. This video works as a standalone piece, but it’s also a gateway into a much larger nightmare.

Let me know what you think, and if you want to see more videos of my short stories like this. I plan on making a YouTube channel of my short stories in the style of many of the short horror YouTube channels. Would that be something that interests you?

Check out the short story A Lamb in Wolf’s Clothing if you haven’t read it yet. It has two parts; the second part is called Big Bad Wolves.

I have a screenplay idea for Linda when she is older. Let me know if you would be interested in a story about Linda in her 30s and what has changed in her life, since what happened at the boarding school.

Whether you’re a longtime reader or just discovering my work, I’d love for you to check out the video and let me know what you think. Comments, shares, or even just an emoji reaction go a long way.

Latest Cut of The One-Eyed Monster Proof of Concept 🎬

I watched the latest cut of The One-Eyed Monster proof of concept over the weekend, and it's really coming together! The footage looks fantastic—just a few final touches left, like the digital FX and some sound design tweaks, and it’ll be ready to share.

I'm excited about how it's turning out, and even more excited about getting the full film funded and into production.

If you're interested in being part of the journey, whether as a member of the crowdfunding team, a sponsor, or an investor, reach out! I’d love to have you on board. You can find out more about how you can be involved HERE.

Thanks for supporting indie horror. I’ve got more stories (and videos) coming soon.
